Sup Goat

Nov 04, 2026

Now that you’re here — let’s get rolling.

You were never the problem.

You were seen as the solution to someone else’s problems. To their trauma. To their insecurities. To their overwhelm.

Read that again.

You were scapegoated because someone saw you as an avenue/resource/tool to unload/vent/misuse/communicate very poorly to.

You were given an impossible equation and now your identity has been rooted in the inability to accomplish anything. That’s why you self-sabotage. That’s why you live in a constant state of restraint from what you really want.

Their voice was already silenced so they communicated that silence, their trauma, in a manner that replicated the trauma, in their mind. They were trying to tell someone about their trauma, they were trying to break free. With their own logic faltering, they overlooked the reality that you could never of been able to help them with that problem.

We learn by being shown, and we learn by doing. Not all scapegoated experiences are rooted in evil. Some were just failed attempts of communication. But not always.

Here’s how to know the difference.

Can you bring up the past experience with them, and do they take ownership and accountability?

This is the baseline: accountability. It was the first lesson to mankind. Which makes it the most important.

All you can do, is be accountable for your own self, and find others who uphold this same value.

All you can do, is flip the script that says you were born to be a doormat, a scapegoat for others.

All you can do is keep firm boundaries in place for anyone who misuses or abuses you.

They used you, when they could have just asked? Cut them off.

They gaslit you, when they could have just supported you? Cut them off.

They belittled and laughed at you, when they could have chosen to love you.

GOAT… cut - them - OFF.

If you haven’t heard me talk on this topic of scapegoating yet — listen up.

If you haven’t ditched the identity yet — right now your identity is rooted in a falsehood that you are incapable.

This is why you cut them off.

Not out of cruelty. Not to point blame, it’s to save your own damn self and destroy the false identity. Starve the lie.

It’s how you heal cancer.

Once it’s gone — you go on living again. But this time, cancer-free.

Cause here’s the thing about being scapegoated. You’re someone who get’s to bring healing, peace, and transformation into this world. You’re someone who resembles the Greatest Of All Time — the man who defied death and rose 3 days later. You’re someone that get’s to flip the story on it’s head because that math ain’t mathing — that you’re incapable or unworthy. Change your scape — become a GOAT. Since it’s something you need, it’s something by default, the world receives through your doing so.

If you want to join a community while you become a GOAT, to get the real support you need since all we’ve known is isolation, Scapegoats United is available to you. Ditch the identity. Join the Community. Get Stronger Together.
